General Summary:
- The Director of Infrastructure and Project Management is responsible for the management and execution of projects related to facilities construction and renovation.
- This role collaborates with internal stakeholders (finance real estate end users) and external partners (contractors permitting bodies) to ensure the successful planning execution and delivery of projects.
- The director is responsible for budget oversight on-time and on-budget delivery strategic planning and staff leadership.
- Will require travel to other sites as needed.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:
- Requires bachelors or advanced degree in business administration engineering public health or a related field.
- Masters degree is preferred.
- Seven to nine years of progressive experience in hospital/healthcare facilities or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
- Experience with AutoCAD preferred.
- Knowledge of building design construction and maintenance required.
- Work requires strong interpersonal skills to direct staff conduct investigations and problem resolution and represent Sheppard Pratt to a variety of contractors and agencies.
