Personal Lines Insurance Specialist
Job Summary
Looking for a motivated and dynamic Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join a growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage an assigned book of business while driving new sales in a fast-paced client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned book of business including personal lines middle market (90%) and high-net-worth accounts (10%).
- Provide end-to-end account management including quoting new and renewal business.
- Generate leads through personal efforts and company-provided sources.
- Drive new business sales while cross-sellingand upsellingwithin your book of business to maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and networking.
- Collaborate with the team to contribute to a positive and accountable work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience or 2 years in a captive insurance role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC (CRM) and EZLynx (Rater) preferred.
- Language Skills: Spanish proficiency is a plus.
