We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack MERN Developer to oversee development of features for our Fine-Grain Authorization System. This system is vital for ensuring precise access control and security across our platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities deep expertise in full-stack development and a focus on building scalable secure and user-friendly solutions deployed in a cloud environment.
We will count on you to:
- Lead the end-to-end development of the Fine-Grain Authorization System feature set including both backend and frontend components.
- Design and implement scalable maintainable and secure Restful APIs using and MongoDB.
- Develop and optimize intuitive responsive user interfaces with React () ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers security teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement fine-grain access control mechanisms (RBAC ABAC) integrated into both backend and frontend.
- Oversee cloud deployment strategies including CI/CD pipelines containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code.
- Mentor and lead a cross-functional team of developers fostering best practices in full-stack development.
- Conduct code reviews enforce coding standards and ensure high-quality secure and performant code.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement continuous improvements.
- Stay current with the latest trends in full-stack development security and cloud technologies.
- Document architecture technical decisions and development processes.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience leading full-stack development teams in building complex applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with expertise in React for frontend development.
- Extensive experience with and for backend services.
- Hands-on experience with API development integration and deployment.
- Deep understanding of MongoDB including schema design indexing and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP including deployment and scaling.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of security best practices including authentication authorization encryption and secure coding.
