Dishwasher
TheDishwasherensures that all dishes utensils cookware and cutlery used in the cafe or restaurant are spotless.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Washing dishes cookware utensils and cutlery with appropriate equipment
- Ensures that dishwashing equipment reaches correct heat settings as per Board of Health requirements
- Washes and sterilizes food preparation surfaces at end of workday
- Stores cleaned items appropriately
- Keeps separate area for used items waiting to be cleaned
- Disposes of food waste appropriately
- Keeps kitchen area clean and tidy
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
The ideal candidate:
- High School Diploma

- Contribution to financial objectives

- Feedback from internal and external clients

Les responsabilits spcifiques comprennent ce qui suit sans toutefois sy limiter :
- Lave la vaisselle les ustensiles de cuisson les ustensiles et la coutellerie laide de lquipement appropri.
- Sassure que lquipement de lavage de vaisselle atteint la temprature exige par la commission dhygine.
- Nettoie et strilise les surfaces de prparation des aliments la fin de la journe.
- Range la vaisselle propre aux endroits appropris.
- Rserve un espace destin recevoir la vaisselle prte tre nettoye.
- Dispose des dchets de cuisine de faon approprie.
- Maintient la cuisine propre et bien ordonne.
- Se conforme toutes les politiques et exigences de sant-scurit
