Job Description
- Permanent Part time role available working afternoon shifts Monday - Friday

Roster:
Monday - Friday 3pm - 9.30pm
About the role:
As a Carer you will enhance residents lives with compassionate care. By understanding their needs and preferences you create meaningful connections that support their well-being. You will assist with personal and daily care maintaining dignity and respecting routines with the support of your team.
Duties may include:
- Assistance with a wide range of person-centered care in accordance with care plans
- Assistance with medication and simple wound dressing
- Assistance with activities under supervision
- Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love
About You:
- You hold Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualifications
- You are physically able to carry out required the duties in a safe and efficient manner and are willing to pass a full functional assessment
- You are a born listener youre genuinely curious to know and understand people
- Your care skills are driven by compassion and your positive attitude is contagious
- You rally your team even on challenging days to problem solve connect and overcome
- You have at least three to six months experience working in a similar role within aged care
- You are able to work the roster as outlined in the advertisment
