Job Summary:
He/she will lead the operations of our manufacturing facility. This strategic role not
only ensures operational excellence across production quality maintenance and
logistics but also plays a key part in shaping and sustaining the company culture at
the plant level promoting shared values accountability and a continuous
improvement mindset.
Responsibilities:
Promote and enforce health safety and environmental regulations across all
plant activities.
Lead and coordinate all plant operations including production
maintenance quality logistics and operational engineering.
Ensure daily weekly and monthly production goals are met in terms of
quantity quality cost and delivery.
Foster and maintain a positive high-performance culture aligned with
company values ensuring strong internal communication employee
engagement and team motivation.
Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team ensuring proper workforce
planning training and performance management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing 5S
and Kaizen principles.
Optimize processes resources and layouts to increase efficiency and reduce
waste.
Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure material availability and on-time
delivery.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report plant performance to
senior management.
Support new product or process industrialization in collaboration with R&D
and Engineering departments.
Ensure compliance with company standards policies and external
certifications.
Act as the operational representative of the company in the United States.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of production systems industrial KPIs Lean
manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools
Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools
Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
Hands-on and results-oriented with a practical approach to problem-
solving
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong organizational culture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably a degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a
related technical field.
