Responsibilities
Manages the internal Holland America Line and Seabourn sales libraries within Sharepoint and Shufflrr and is responsible for regular auditing and updating to ensure accuracy organization and current sales tools.
Administers the Holland America Line and Seabourn travel advisor online portals and is responsible for timely updating and ensuring accuracy of all brand deployment and promotional content. This role will work across multiple departments in maintaining the content that is being provided for our travel advisors and will provide recommendations for platform enhancements.
Lead the collaboration between the Sales and Marketing throughout the sales creative development process which includes project management within the Asana platform. Responsibilities include assisting with co-op initiatives and supporting the creation of sales tools.
Develop and implement ongoing key partner programming for Holland America Line and Seabourn including coordinating and scheduling of quarterly executive connects managing trade partner advisory boards and creating and delivering timely frequent communications.
Execute Seabourns portfolio of annual industry events in North America collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Key functions include detailed planning collaboration seamless execution on-site management of staff and schedules to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
Implement and manage the Seabourn sales promotional asset strategy. This includes the development and sourcing of point of sale materials sales team merchandise and brand wear and giveaway items to support sales activities.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of event management experience preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in positions in the area of sales.
Experience in the travel and hospitality industry preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills: well-spoken with proven ability to positively interact with individuals at all levels.
Possesses strong attention to detail and the ability to remain focused despite distractions.
Must be self-motivated a self-starter and a quick learner.
Must be a creative-thinker.
Excellent communication follow-through and organizational skills.
Computer proficiency with standard Microsoft and aptitude to learn other systems.
Experience working within Asana or a similar project management platform preferred.
SalesForce Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of roles.
Ability to travel regularly as needed in support of business needs.
