Job Description

About the role

As the Supervisor Housekeeping you will be responsible for managing daily operations and workforce planning to ensure consistent service delivery and high performance across Holiday Parks. Youll lead and support housekeeping and field staff oversee rostering timesheet management and recruitment needs and coordinate maintenance activities in alignment with operational plans. This role also ensures efficient use of plant chemicals and materials while upholding safety and environmental standards. Youll handle customer enquiries with professionalism maintain essential inventory levels and monitor the condition of City assets to proactively address issues

Do you have these key attributes

  • Ability to organise and prioritise cleaning tasks efficiently in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness presentation maintaining high standards of hygiene and identifying corrective actions where needed.
  • Knowledge of appropriate cleaning techniques products and equipment including safe handling and storage of chemicals.
  • Understanding of infection control and sanitation practices relevant to public
  • Physical stamina and mobility to perform manual tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use mobile computing devices such as smart phones tablets and laptop PCs including proficiency using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Internet Explorer and corporate applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Work Health & Safety Act.

Whats on offer

  • Starting salary around $78437.30 plus 12% superannuation.
  • Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week.
  • Scope for performance-based salary increases.

Essentials Qualifications and Experience

  • Certificate IV in Frontline Management Business Administration or equivalent (or willingness to complete in an agreed timeframe).
  • Significant demonstrated industry experience including the supervision of employees.
  • National Construction Induction Certification (Whitecard).
  • Current class C drivers licence.
  • Working With Children Check

Desirable

  • First Aid / CPR
