About the Role
Irwin Lincoln Mazda is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team. This role is the bridge between our valued customers and our skilled technicians ensuring every repair and maintenance experience is smooth transparent and exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly professional manner and listen to their service needs
Write repair orders clearly and accurately
Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs with confidence and transparency
Provide accurate cost and time estimates for services
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
Coordinate with technicians and the parts department for efficient workflow
Ensure vehicles are delivered back to customers on time and in excellent condition
Follow up after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Prior experience as an automotive service advisor or related customer service role
Strong communication and sales skills
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with dealership DMS systems (experience with CDK)
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
