New U Therapy Center & Family Services is a well-established multidisciplinary mental health practice located in Valencia. We are passionate about providing high-quality care to our local community and are seeking dedicated and motivated Associate Psychotherapists to join our growing team!

What Youll Do:
- You will typically be assigned up to 30 patient sessions per week but must maintain a minimum caseload of 25 patient sessions per week.
- Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.
- Diligently track clients progress and serve as an accountability partner.
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.
- Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team.
What Youll Need:
- Masters degree in psychology counseling or a related field.
- ACSW AMFT APCC
- Experience in higher levels of care (e.g. residential treatment intensive outpatient programs) is a plus.
- Completion of at least 1000 post-graduate clinical hours toward licensure.
- Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A desire to grow within a group private practice and remain with us after licensure.

Rates:
Up to $38-$44 per clinical hour
Work Set-up:Hybrid - one to two days a week to provide in- person therapy.
