Job Description

Sock Club is expanding beyond socks and were looking for a Go To Market (GTM) Manager to lead the charge. As a leader in the promotional products industry Sock Club is known for delivering top tier service and custom design to some of the worlds most recognizable brands. Were growing our impact by launching new products that reflect the same level of creativity and quality and we need a sharp entrepreneurial GTM leader to help us bring them to market.

We are seeking a self starter with a rare blend of sales marketing and operational instincts. The ideal candidate has experience managing cross-functional launches overseeing revenue driving initiatives and making physical products irresistible. You know how to bring ideas to life from concept to launch and youre ready to own the success of the products that dont exist yet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and Scale New Products: Own the full go to market strategy for new physical product lines from positioning to pricing to packaging to promotion.
  • Revenue Ownership: Be responsible for generating at least 10% of total company revenue from new products within the first year. Define success metrics and track performance.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work across departments to ensure product readiness campaign coordination and clear ownership at every stage.
  • People Management: Build and mentor a small cross-functional team over time supporting multiple product lines. Balance creative vision with operational execution.
  • Creative Direction Commercial Strategy: Own the narrative. Ensure that each new product looks its best reads its best and has a clear why now. Blend PR worth storytelling with channel specific marketing.
  • Operational Rigor: Coordinate timelines processes and resources to ensure smooth execution even under pressure.
  • Growth Minded Execution: Prioritize experiments that generate signal fast. Learn what works and scale accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience launching physical products or leading go to market efforts across sales marketing or product.
  • Proven ability to bring new products to market from MVP (minimum viable products) development through launch scaling and optimization.
  • Experience with market sizing and opportunity analysis (TAM/SAM/SOM) to guide strategy and investment.
  • Familiar with tools like Google Trends Statista Similarweb SEMRush and BuzzSumo to evaluate market traction and share of voice.
  • Demonstrated ownership of product performance or P&L ideally with direct revenue accountability.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience managing a team or initiatives across multiple product lines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills creative instincts and a background in sales marketing or PR.
