Job Description

About the Role

Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented working student to join our Rewards team in Hamburg. This role offers hands-on experience in compensation and benefits supporting key initiatives such as benchmarking data analysis and benefits implementation. Youll collaborate closely with HR and Rewards colleagues across Europe contributing to projects that shape employee experience and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in all rewards-related processes such as annual rewards cycle market pricing and benefits renewals

  • Participate in retention and counter-offer processes

  • Contribute to internal communications and SharePoint updates for rewards programs

  • Support in Rewards/ HR projects and M&A harmonization activities

Your Profile

  • Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Business HR Economics or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel

  • Interest in compensation benefits and employee experience

  • Fluent in English and German

  • Reliable proactive and eager to learn
