Were looking for a Creative Strategy FTC to join Team Snapchat! Working from our Sydney office youll become a leader in driving the creative ambition of the business. As a Senior Creative Strategy in the market the successful candidate will be a natural creative leader acting as a catalyst to unlock revenue through creative ideas and strategies. Creative Strategy leadership will look to the CS Lead to act as owners of their verticals creative business finding proactive custom and scaled strategies to drive growth while maximising team impact. Day-to-day you will work with the Snapchat Sales team key brand partners and their agencies to create and implement best-in-class creative advertising campaigns on Snapchat while working in partnership with the wider Creative Strategy team to deliver great work. A CS Lead acts as the engine pushing the work and insight-led creative thinking of the sales team to new heights.
What youll do:
With a focus on revenue-generation develop ideas strategies and presentation materials to address client goals through Snapchats creative advertising solutions
Use data and creative analysis to develop evidence-based creative solutions for big brands and category verticals based in AUNZ
Influence educate and inspire clients to think differently about Snapchat through presentations and pitches
Communicate and build strong relationships with key decision makers across clients and creative agencies to understand their business goals
Understand and apply your knowledge of content/video/creator advertising techniques and creative principles
Discuss and provide feedback on aspects of campaign design
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive new scalable client solutions
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Strong executive presence comfort leading senior stakeholders
Track record of developing outstanding creative advertising for mobile in partnership with a sales team
Proven thought leadership in your field
Experience using data and insights to unlock creative thinking
Keen understanding of how brands fit into Snapchats overall business
Ability to work with clients to understand their business priorities
Unparalleled presentation skills (in deck design & pitching)
Minimum qualifications:
BA in Marketing communications business management a related area of study or equivalent experience
6-8 years of experience in brand marketing/advertising or another related field
Preferred qualifications:
Deep understanding of brand marketing and how to build brilliant strategies to solve for business needs
Experience in developing and empowering team members to deliver outstanding creative executions
Excellent presentation and communications skills
Ability to command a room and succinctly articulating thought-leading advertising solutions
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at once and to inspire others by example
Experience working in Google suite of products (Google Slides Sheets Docs etc.) Adobe suite and Keynote
