Being bilingual is a BIG plus!
- You are an excellent communicator (verbal and written)
- You enjoy connecting with others while working with them to reach their goals
- You may not love paperwork but you recognize it is necessary and can multitask
- You have experience in customer service or the hospitality industry (ideal but not necessary)
- You enjoy learning new skills and arent afraid of technology
- You can stay positive and encouraging even in difficult situations
- Answer phones at the Clinic
- Greet patients when they enter the Clinic
- Schedule appointments
- Explain fees to patients and accept payment
- Patient data entry in the clinics computer systems
- Describe products available for purchase at the Clinic
- Keep patient files up to date enter charges and process payments
- Assist Chiropractors and Therapists during treatments
