As a member of the Sales Support & Operations team our Large Group Coordinators provide administrative support quote preparation implementation & onboarding coordination and ongoing account management & support all in service of creating an economically sustainable health care system.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business or related field
1-2 years of progressive healthcare experience in areas such as:
Sales and marketing
Sales support
Customer service
Claims
Membership
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Skills and Attributes:
Proficiency in MS Office products and corporate software systems
Comprehensive knowledge of health insurance products underwriting guidelines and industry developments (including Healthcare Reform)
Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills with excellent customer service abilities
Experience working collaboratively across departments (Group Services Underwriting Product Build Claims Membership ASO Unit)
Demonstrated knowledge of Configurator Tool processes and in-depth understanding of large group benefit plans and documents
Proven problem-solving skills with ability to recognize and resolve complex issues effectively
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure
What You Will Do at Cambia:
Manage all sales and service operations for large group accounts (101 employees) including fully insured and ASO plans providing administrative support to Sales and Account Executives
Review benefit documents and prepare accurate quotes by ensuring legislative mandates are included and collaborating with Underwriting and internal teams to create professional quote portfolios
Lead implementation and onboarding processes for new and renewal groups by coordinating conference calls managing timelines and ensuring accurate system setup and member activation
Process and format eligibility files from other carriers coordinate with Membership department and manage autoload processes into company systems (Facets)
Create customized member welcome materials benefit plan documents (SBC SPD) and coordinate printing and delivery with various departments
Monitor all sales processes from start to finish assist with group customizations (ID cards EOBs network sets) and track progress to ensure timely delivery
Provide ongoing operational support by answering questions about quoting benefits legislative changes membership billing and resolving technical issues as they arise
The expected hiring range for a Large Group Coordinator is $27.20 - $34.00 an hour depending on skills experience education and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 10%. The current full salary range for this role is $27.20 - $45.70 an hour.
