Warehouse Asset Management Specialist

Titan Technologies LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced self-directed Warehouse Asset Management Specialist to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) III contract. As a member of our team you will help to assist USSOCOM Service Component Commands Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC) and deployed forces in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow communications and connectivity globally.

Job description

The Warehouse Asset Management Specialist provides asset management and inventory control analysis to maintain consistent accountability of hardware assets supporting the Special Operations Forces Information Environment (SIE). This role ensures that hardware is received entered into inventory stored or issued to meet current or future requirements and tracked in an IT Systems Managementapproved database in accordance with USSOCOM requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all hardware received and stored across multiple warehouse locations to ensure oversight availability accountability and traceability of assets.
• Maintain a steady flow of assets into the warehouse ensuring the safety of personnel and stored items and properly documenting and preparing hardware that has reached end-of-life for turn-in destruction or disposal.
• Coordinate with the Defense Reutilization Management Office (DRMO) or arranging movement to destruction or waste facilities as appropriate.
• Maintain the Asset Inventory including adds changes deletes and status updates to the Asset Database. Supports and reconciles asset information with Configuration Management (CMDB).
• Safely operatewarehouse equipment to move load and unload heavy items and pallets.
• Possess and maintain a valid drivers license to operate government and/or company-assigned vehicles.
• Conduct physical and virtual inventory audits reconcile discrepancies and ensure that inventory levels are accurate and up to date.
• Participate and work with other IT organizations to ensure accurate asset inventory and storage.
• Accurate data entry and maintenance of inventory records.
• Perform reporting and analytics as directed.
• Transport materials to and from storage areas in a safe and efficient manner.
• Package receive ship and dispose of assets in compliance with security and asset management policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• ITIL certification
• DoD TS/SCI clearance
• Potential to work shifts during exercises
• Valid US drivers license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Security Certification

Education:

• High School Diploma with 6 years of experience ORAssociates degree with 4 years of experience ORBachelors degree with 2 years of experience ORMasters degree with 0 years of experience.
