Purpose
Lead the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) operating model across Civil Aerospace making decisions to optimize the operational plan to deliver the best outcome for Civil across the Value Streams and supply areas (Aft Ops Man Ops and Procurement). Lead improvements in the operating model to ensure it is as efficient and effective within Civil Aerospace and the enabling functions. Facilitate alignment across departments (CALT Aftermarket Ops Man Ops Value Streams and Group Enabling Functions e.g. Procurement) drive accountability for action items and support continuous improvement of governance structures and planning processes.
