We are looking for a Cost Manager in Bruxelles.

Ttris a subsidiary of JLL Group specializes in the design and development of professional workspaces. We assist our clients as a consultant and general contractor and offer a full turnkey service to companies wanting to fit out their offices as well as investors who want to renovate or refurbish their properties (shops offices hotels bank agencies).
Present on 3 continents and in 18 countries Ttris current leader in Design & Build continues its growth with a turnover of approximately 700 million euros and more than 900 employees in EMEA.
What does the job entail
As a Cost Manager you work on :
Delivering of pre and post contract services
Supporting and contributing to feasibility cost estimates and detailed cost plans
Assessing and understanding design proposals
Contributing to the delivery of post contract duties including payment cost reporting and contract administration
Delivering reinstatement cost assessments and commercial insights
Working with clients design teams and contractors to optimise solutions
Understanding the differing project procurement routes available
Undertaking data collection to support benchmarking and knowledge management
What do we ask from you
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Cost Management on fit-out projects
Fluent in Dutch French AND English
A track record of delivering appropriately sized projects for occupier clients
Experience of delivering high quality services from inception to completion
Enthusiastic proactive and self-motivated
Verbal numerical and report/proposal writing skills
Flexible and have the ability to work to deadlines
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Willing to become part of a dynamic engaged and supportive team.
