About the role:

The National Retail Team Lead will have the overall responsibility to manage the day-to-day activities for the assigned sites in Victoria Tasmania New South Wales Canberra Queensland Western Australia Northern Territory and South Australia and be the key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or client.

The role will assume overall responsibility for managing comprehensive engineering and facility management services and contractors equipment and supplies.

This role will manager four direct reports who are based across Australia.

Main Duties:

What we are looking for:

• A strong communicator with good presentation skills and possess strong verbal & written communication skills
• Facilities Management experience
• People Management Experience
• Someone who has a passion for quality has an eye for detail to make sure the best delivery of services
• Self-motivated; confident & energetic
• Able to work across multiple matrix reporting environments and prioritise activities accordingly
• Experience working in a retail environment or for a big household brand
• Flexible with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations
• Goal-oriented - able to focus on meeting all performance targets
• A team player who is cooperative and works well with others to meet targets
• Able to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives
• Exhibits honesty & trustworthiness
