The Role: Markets Business Partner

As our Markets Business Partner youll play a key role in shaping and managing the insurer relationships that empower our CARs to deliver outstanding service to their clients.

Working closely with the Head of Market Development youll ensure our broker network has access to the right Approved Markets insights tools and resources to grow confidently.

From strategic reporting to platform coordination and partner engagement youll be the connector between our internal teams external partners and everything in between.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead the management and growth of our insurer market partners ensuring our network has all the necessary resources.
• Author and deliver strategic reports and presentations that support network growth and provide valuable insights to our stakeholders.
• Coordinate consistent market information across our platforms and curate engaging news and communications for our network.
• Help manage and support our partners at company events conferences and other key gatherings.
• Take the lead on maintaining quality and compliance in our Salesforce and Monday systems for the Market Development team.
• Drive market communications by developing updates content and stories across The Hub newsletters and reports.

• Experience in the broking industry
• Experience with Salesforce and analytical report writing.
• A knack for working with cross-functional teams and managing competing deadlines.
• An innovative spirit and the desire to challenge the status quo.
• A strong sense of pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Confident managing admin and coordination tasks
