P&C Operations Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a highly skilled and experienced P&C Operations Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This role is pivotal in shaping the structure and processes of the department ensuring seamless operations and supporting the team in achieving business goals.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80000 - $125000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Oversee and govern the sales and service department.
- Develop and implement workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support team members in closing business and achieving sales targets.
- Manage relationships with carriers including Liberty Cincinnati Auto Owners Western Reserve Travelers The Hartford Safeco AmTrust and Progressive.
- Ensure smooth operations across a diverse range of industries as a generalist.
- Utilize agency management software tools to streamline operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in a similar role within the P&C insurance industry.
- An active P&C (Property and Casualty) License is required.
- Proficiency in EPIC or similar agency management software.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant educational background preferred.
