Personal Lines Insurance Specialist
Job Summary
Looking for a motivated and dynamic Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join a growing team. Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned book of business handling accounts from start to finish.
- Generate leads through a combination of company-provided sources and self-sourced efforts.
- Drive new business sales while cross-sellingand upselling insurance products to existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service.
- Quote and bind new and renewal business using Applied EPIC and EZLynx software.
- Network with referral partners and leverage your book of business to generate referrals.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales or 2 years in a captive insurance role.
- Experience with personal lines insurance including middle-market and high-net-worth clients.
- Skills:
- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC and EZLynx software is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Outgoing and personable demeanor.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
