Head of Talent

Overview
Veza is a fast-moving high-growth CyberSecurity startup and our ability to scale hinges on hiring and growing world-class talent. As our Head of Talent you will own the global talent strategy and executionfrom sourcing to onboarding. Youll partner closely with our executive team to ensure we attract hire and retain the people who will fuel our next stage of growth. This is a strategic and hands-on role for a builder who thrives in dynamic high-expectation environments.

What Youll Own

  • Talent Strategy & Leadership: Own and evolve a global talent acquisition strategy that scales with the business. Lead and grow a high-performing recruiting team.

Experience building and scaling recruiting teams and processes across multiple geographies:Has led or supported talent acquisition across international markets and understands region-specific nuances in sourcing hiring and employment practices

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee recruiting across all functionsR&D GTM and G&Aensuring a best-in-class process
  • Candidate Experience: Champion an exceptional and inclusive candidate journey that reflects our culture and values.
  • Hiring Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and execs; help them define roles evaluate talent and make the right hires quickly and thoughtfully.
  • Operational Excellence: Build scalable repeatable recruiting processes leveraging tools and systems to drive efficiency and consistency.
  • Employer Brand: Elevate Vezas employer brand and ensure our value proposition is visible to the best talent in the market.
  • Insights & Reporting: Establish metrics to track performance measure funnel health and continuously improve outcomes through data-driven decision-making.

What You Bring

  • 10 years of talent acquisition leadership experience in high-growth tech companies or startups including global hiring
  • Track record of building and scaling recruiting functions that support rapid company growth
  • Experience hiring across a broad range of functions (Engineering Product GTM G&A) and levels (IC to exec)
  • Proven ability to partner closely with executives and influence senior leaders
  • Data-driven mindset with a bias for action and results
  • Experience evolving and amplifying employer brand strategy
  • Strong team builder mentor and operatorlow ego high ownership

The compensation for this role depends on several factors such as the candidates skills qualifications experience and work location. For candidates offered a position at the posted job level the provided range is the expected base salary. This does not include any additional variable compensation such as commission.

Compensation Disclosure

$220000 - $260000 USD

At Veza your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors including your experience qualifications education location and the event that you are considered for a different level a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
