A premier anesthesia practice in Pensacola Florida invites a skilled Anesthesiologist to join its cohesive team of 14 anesthesiologists and over 50 CRNAs. Operating in a collaborative care team model at a single hospital this role emphasizes supervising CRNAs while delivering top-quality anesthesia care. This position offers a unique opportunity to thrive in a supportive efficient environment focusing on patient care and professional camaraderie in a vibrant coastal community.
Position Highlights
Compensation: $600000 annually as a 1099 contractor. with 11 weeks off.
Work Schedule:
1:6 call schedule with a 30-minute response time.
Weekday call: Monday-Friday 1:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. with post-call day off.
Weekend call: Saturday-Sunday 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. with Monday off.
Enjoy 11 weeks of paid time off annually for a balanced lifestyle.
Case Types:
Work in a Level II Trauma center with no transplant or cardiac cases.
Focus on healthy pediatric cases and limited OB (averaging 65 deliveries annually).
CRNAs manage in-house night duties and epidurals.
Complex trauma pediatric and OB cases are referred to nearby Level I Trauma and Womens & Childrens hospitals.
Practice Focus: Staffing a single hospital fosters a streamlined workflow allowing you to build strong relationships with CRNAs and deliver exceptional patient care.
