Job Description
While our incredible Talent Partner is off making a tiny human were looking for someone just as awesome to jump in and keep the hiring engine firing.
- This is a 12-month maternity leave contract
- Open to part-time or full-time
- Start anytime in the next couple of months (with a full handover)
- Hybrid
If youre a high-velocity recruiter who loves shaping teams partnering with hiring managers and delivering an exceptional candidate experience keep reading.
You will:
- Lead role briefs
- Activate LinkedIn Recruiter and craft outreach that lands
- Screen for skills and Plexus values (we even have our own AI tools to help)
- Run structured first-round interviews
- Keep candidates informed and excited
- Guide managers through scorecards decision-making and offers
- Own the ATS (Lever) scheduling contracts and logistics
- Continuously improve hiring process tools and insights
