Job Description
The Strategy & Analytics Consultant will prepare information develop data driven tools and provide actionable insights to the North America Executive team. Identify trends and opportunities in order to support AGCO Finances decision making and achievement of objectives of the Sales team.

Role
Primary Role: Support the Director of Strategy & Analytics with developing a best-in-class data capability at AGCO Finance utilizing an assortment of BI tools with a heavy emphasis on PowerBI Desktop & Premium Capacity features
- Secondary Role: Support the Director of Strategy & Analytics and Vice President of Commercial with special projects relating to data
Day to Day
- Internal Analytics Consultant
- Partner with the department leaders to assist in the development of strategies and support various projects
- Provide recommendations for new metrics techniques and strategies to improve the operational and quality metrics.
- Engage with leadership to understand departmental and project needs and recommend business intelligence solutions.
- Collaborate with joint venture partner on predictive analytics that support strategic growth and AGCO initiatives.
- Create thoughtful analysis combining quantitative and qualitative data to creates a macro and micro view of the economy and competitive landscape.
- Provide ad hoc analytics at the request of internal constituents to support special project requirements.
- Business Performance Reporting / Data Solutions Developer
- Use Business Intelligence tools to design and develop high impact visualizations highlighting key performance metrics against targets enabling leadership to guide members and joint venture partner leadership more effectively in PowerBI or other data tools.
- Manage and deliver standard performance reports to assigned stakeholders utilizing data automation tools.
- Collaborate with key internal members to determine required standard reporting compliance monitoring and operational functions as well as frequency of delivery.
- Ensure standardized data and report consumption across all internal departments.
- Design implement and maintain platforms that provide business teams ad-hoc access to large datasets.
- Advance the data quality and increase the quantity of data within AGCO Finance in order to maximize the scope and efficiency of analysis

Essentials
Bachelors degree required Master degree preferred
2-5 years of experience in Management Consulting Finance Analytics or Business Intelligence
Initiative curiosity and the ability to be a thought leader in the data space
Ability to execute complex data analysis and reporting and provide actionable insights
Experience in the financial services or agricultural equipment industry is desirable
Advanced proficiency with MS Office primarily Excel and PowerPoint
Experience and competency in ETL methods
Experience with BI software such as PowerBI Qlik or Tableau
Familiarity in writing SQL or other programming languages
A high degree of attention to detail quality correctness and ability to meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Is self-reliant and curious and is able to work though ambiguous situations
Ability to handle and organize simultaneous multiple projects and deadlines

Applicable pay range
$86650.40 - $129975.60
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills years of relevant experience you possess and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLLs compensation plans and policies. Further the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees including healthcare benefits 401k matching vacation sick leave parental leave possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
