Were looking for a Social Media Manager to support Digital Marketing efforts and take full ownership of our multi-brand social presence. This is not just about posting its about building brand stories creating scroll-stopping content and driving measurable growth. What Youll Do
- Own the strategy Develop and execute tailored social media plans for each brand in our portfolio. This includes events and paid campaigns.
- Create impactful content Produce edit and publish engaging photos videos Reels and Stories that bring our brands to life.
- Run the calendar Maintain a master content schedule aligned with launches seasonal campaigns and cultural moments.
- Drive engagement and digital marketing sales Respond to followers manage communities and leverage influencers and UGC to amplify our reach.
- Collaborate across teams Work with Marketing eCommerce Product and Sales to align social with overall business priorities.
- Track and optimize Monitor KPIs prepare performance reports and use data to refine strategies.
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of experience managing social media for consumer brands (fashion footwear or lifestyle preferred).
- Proven track record creating high-quality photo and video content for Instagram TikTok Pinterest Facebook YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different brands and audiences.
- Proficiency with social media scheduling/analytics tools and basic design/video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite Canva etc.).
- Highly organized creative and data-driven with an eye for trends and a passion for storytelling.
- Flexible to cover occasional evening/weekend brand events.
