You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis is a hands-on operational area and the post holder will have to contend with constantly changing and often urgent priorities as issues arise and manage a range of different work areas. This post will include line management duties of 3 staff members.
You will be required to ensure tasks are carried out to a high standard managed and handled in line with corporate targets; making sure there is consistency of approach and joined up working across the different parts of the Directorate and wider Agency.
You will be required to build and maintain good working relationships with professional colleagues internally and externally.
You will be responsible for managing your own workload ensuring your tasks are completed timeously and accurately. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain mailboxes for teams within the Directorate.
You will be required to become proficient in all tasks carried out by the team and take on ad hoc long and / or short term tasks to support the team or colleagues in the Directorate as and when required.

Working Pattern
Our standard hours are 35 hours per week. We offer a range of flexible and hybrid working options depending on the needs of the role. If you have specific questions about the role you are applying for please contact us.
Location
This post is based inGlasgow with hybrid working in line with current Transport Scotland policies. You will be expected to be office based twice per week pro rata.
