Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team you will provide expert advice on overseeing customer network development and customer support activities as well as supporting customer engagement opportunities. Additionally you will be responsible for planning directing or coordinating operational activities for the team with the help of executives and staff managers.

The Multifamily Customer Engagement Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Develop customer relationships across business units and/or customer accounts and strive to do whats right for our customers.
  • Identify executives managers and team members to support customer relationships.
  • Lead the team in supporting and selling the Fannie Maes products and services to make sure people across the country have access to affordable financing opportunities.
  • Provide support for operational activities.
  • Guide the team in providing subject matter expertise best practices and recommendations for teams across the organization.
  • Play a pivotal role in transaction management activities by partnering with various internal stakeholders across the Multifamily Division.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experience

  • 4 years relevant experience

Desired Experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Risk Assessment and management skills including evaluating and designing controls conducting impact assessments identifying control gaps and remediating risk
  • Collaborate with individuals from various areas of expertise to achieve shared objectives
  • Demonstrated expertise in operational excellence with a proven ability to enhance and supervise business operations for optimal efficiency
  • Strong relationship management capabilities including engaging and managing stakeholders customers and vendors as well as cultivating robust professional networks
  • Proven ability to collect accurate information to explain complex concepts and provide well-informed answers to key question
  • Demonstrated ability in conducting developing and evaluating training instructional design and learning management systems.
  • Influencing skills including negotiating persuading others facilitating meetings and resolving conflict
  • Proven experience guiding organizations through planning and managing change initiatives to successfully achieve strategic objectives
  • Expertise in business insight including advising designing business models customer and market analysis forecasting and benchmarking
  • Adept at managing project plans resources and people to ensure successful project completion
  • Skilled in presenting information and ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • Skilled in preparing documentation and database reporting to support analysis data discovery and decision-making utilizing tools such as Crystal Reports Excel or SSRS
  • Skilled in Mural
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Skilled in Excel

Target Pay Range: $107000 - $139000 a year

Bachelors Level Degree (Required)

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and other relevant qualifications. This position is eligible to participate in a Fannie Mae incentive program (subject to the terms of the program).
