About the Role
A Customer Service Liaison serves as the bridge between a company and its clients ensuring smooth communication prompt resolution of issues and an overall exceptional customer experience. This role requires a proactive approach to client care focusing on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that strengthen long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact between clients and the company.
Handle customer inquiries via phone email and in person in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints determining causes and recommending solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are addressed efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelors degree preferred).
Proven experience in customer service account management or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
