What You Will Do:
- Lead and schedule the stewarding team to ensure alignment with banquet and event needs.
- Train and supervise associates in proper sanitation dishwashing and equipment handling procedures.
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of all kitchen prep dish and storage areas in compliance with health standards.
- Manage dishware and service inventory ensuring efficient usage and minimal loss or breakage.
- Support banquet operations by assisting with setup and breakdown of service equipment.
What We Are Looking For:
- Prior stewarding experienceensures familiarity with cleaning processes safety standards and kitchen operations.
- 2 years of supervisory or lead experience preferredhelps foster accountability and productivity within the team.
- Current ServSafe Certificationdemonstrates commitment to food safety and regulatory compliance.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs bend and walk for extended periodsessential for performing daily responsibilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidayskey for supporting banquet and event operations.
