This is important to us
- Solid experience in B2B or Tech event management with strong project management skills
- Copywriting experience with the ability to create engaging and approachable content
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks build rapport across international teams and work independently while meeting deadlines
- Willing to travel (about 30%)
Our Offer

- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of regional events (industry trade shows summits partner activiations) including logistics pre(post-show marketing and on-site experience (30% travel)
- Manage vendor relationships budgets timelines and internal communications related to events
- Collaborate with internal teams to localize global content and develop marketing assets for events campaign and sales enablement
- Support storytelling and thought leadership through social media newsletters and other owned channels
- Track and report on ROI lead quality and engagement metrics while maintaining accurate CRM records (HubspotSalesforce) and supporting scalable marketing processes templates and workflows.
