Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Salary and Benefits
- Salary range of $109000 to $152000
- One-time $7500 retention bonus at the start of the second year
- CME stipend of $2000 and 40 hours of paid CME time per contract year
- 3 weeks of paid vacation annually accrued throughout the year
- Paid sick leave
- 4-day work week (four 10-hour shifts MondayThursday or TuesdayFriday)
- No call responsibilities
- Relocation assistance available

- Insurance begins the 1st of the month following your hire date
- Paid license DEA and professional membership fees
- Retirement Plan 403(b) with 3% employer match when employee contributes 6% (9% total) effective the 1st of the month following hire
- Incentive bonuses may be available in the future
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based care
- Conduct physical exams and health screenings
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Educate patients on preventive health practices and disease management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care
- Document patient encounters in the EMR accurately and timely
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes
- May be required to provide coverage at nearby clinics if needed
- Support community outreach and education efforts
Requirements
- Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
- Current and unrestricted Arizona license or eligibility to obtain one
- Valid DEA registration
- BLS (CPR) certification
- Must meet credentialing standards for contracted health plans
- Willingness to work with underserved and culturally diverse populations
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Two years of ambulatory clinical experience preferred
- Multilingual skills in Navajo or Spanish are a plus
