Job Description
Description of the role:
Bedard Bros Auto Sales in Cheshire MA is looking for a skilled Volvo Technician to join our team. As a Volvo Technician you will be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining Volvo vehicles to ensure top performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Volvo vehicles
- Determine the root cause of vehicle issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and recommended repairs
- Stay updated on Volvo technologies and attend training sessions as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Volvo Technician or similar role
- Certification from an accredited technical school
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid drivers license
