About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our Medicare-certified skilled nursing facility serving Arizonas Veterans. This role oversees all operations financial management and compliance ensuring the highest quality of long-term and rehabilitative care.
What Youll Do
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary skilled nursing facility.
Oversee budgets staffing and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
Ensure top-quality care and compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Develop and implement goals policies and programs to enhance operations.
Represent the facility to government agencies Veterans organizations and community partners.
Apply Arizona Management System (AMS) tools to drive continuous improvement.
What Were Looking For
35 years of Long-Term Care experience including time as an Administrator.
Current Arizona Nursing Home Administrator license.
High school diploma required (advanced education preferred).
Valid drivers license (required for State business).
Valid fingerprint clearance card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
