Location/Division Specific Information
Position reports to Plainville MA site. A Day in the Life:
Lead and manage a team of 3-6 manufacturing technicians.
Ensure adherence to cGMP regulations and company policies.
Promote safety and continuous improvement within the team.
Keys to Success:
Education
Bachelors degree in a scientific or engineering or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience
4-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated manufacturing environment.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience highly desired.
Knowledge Skills Abilities
Detailed understanding of cGMPs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
Proven track record in managing diverse teams.
Ability to adhere strictly to all PPE requirements within cGMP manufacturing.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This role requires the ability to gown aseptically sit and stand for extended periods and occasionally lift walk and perform manual tasks.
Specific vision requirements are vital to fulfill documentation duties.
