• Coach Inspiring Workouts: Lead Orangetheory fitness classes that energize challenge and connect with members.

• Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the studio runs smoothlyfrom cleanliness and equipment to scheduling and staffing.
  
  
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Communicate regularly with corporate and regional partners to align on goals and expectations.
  
  
• Create a Healthy Culture: Prioritize team well-being and keep the vibe high-energy professional and fun.
  
  

• Current nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM ACE ACSM NSCA etc.)
  
  
• Up-to-date and non-expired AED/CPR certification
  
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience coaching group fitness or personal training clients
  
  
• Experience leading or managing a team (management experience strongly preferred)
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Goal-driven mindset with a solid understanding of KPIs and member retention
  
  
• Must be available to work some early mornings evenings weekends and holidays

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
