Accommodation Catering and Events (ACE) / Production Kitchen

Full time: 35 hours per week Mon Fri (normally 06:00 13:30)

Open-ended (permanent)

The Opportunity:

The University of Edinburgh is looking for a Catering Assistant / Driver to join our retail team based at our Central Production Unit at Patersons Land Holyrood Road Edinburgh.

As a Catering Assistant / Driver you will support the production and delivery of Our Grab and Go range which retail across our Caf / Outlets in The Universitys estate. You will learn a wide range of skills and have access to development opportunities within Accommodation Catering and Events (ACE).

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service with a keen eye for detail.
  • An excellent team player.
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise your time and help keep others on track.
  • All candidates require a Full Driving Licence as this role requires the post holder to drive University of Edinburgh vehicles.
