BDC Customer Care Specialist Needed Traing Included Route 128 Honda

What Youll Do:
- Deliver a top-notch customer experience through phone email and online communication.
- Connect with customers to understand their needs and introduce them to our new and pre-owned vehicle lineup.
- Work with the BDC Manager and sales team to track and follow up on leads in our CRM.
- Complete daily phone calls and internet lead follow-up assignments.
- Cross-train on inbound/outbound sales prospecting and internet lead handling.
- Stay up to date on the latest Honda products features and accessories.
- Participate in product training sales meetings and dealership events.
- Represent Route 128 Honda in community activities supporting local programs and families with special needs.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong reading writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle math related to sales commissions and finance terms.
- Confidence in interpreting and following verbal written and diagram-based instructions.
- A clean driving record & valid drivers license.
