At Suncorp were reimagining whats possible in insurance. As our Specialty Motor Portfolio Manager youll take ownership of the strategy growth and profitability of our specialty motor products across all brands and channels.
This is your chance to bring commercial thinking data-driven decision-making and leadership to a role where youll directly influence product performance and customer outcomes.
What youll do
- Develop and deliver strategic initiatives to grow market share retention and portfolio profitability
- Own P&L outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor performance metrics identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Lead product development initiatives informed by market insights and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Pricing Marketing Claims Distribution and more
- Influence stakeholders at all levels to deliver high-impact portfolio outcomes
What youll bring
- 6 years commercial experience in insurance with P&L accountability
- Proven ability to design and deliver successful portfolio strategies
- Strong understanding of underwriting risk and regulatory frameworks
- Financial and commercial acumen with experience in forecasting and modelling
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
- Tertiary qualification in Business Finance or Commerce (highly regarded)
