About the Company:
This is a full-time role supporting our internal companies Adaptive Teams a staffing solutions provider and a sister company specializing in helping brands grow on Amazon. The company offers expert support to optimize advertising campaigns enhance visibility and drive growth through strategic data-driven solutions. Focused on e-commerce and digital marketing the company thrives on delivering tailored solutions to ensure clients succeed on the Amazon platform in a collaborative environment.
Location: Open to candidates based in Europe and South America Full-time Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Lead the design deployment and integration of AI agents across business functions.
- Identify high-impact opportunities for agent-driven automation and augmentation.
- Work with cross-functional leaders to reimagine workflows through agent orchestration.
- Develop and communicate a clear AI agent strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Establish governance ethical guidelines and security standards for agent usage.
- Evaluate new AI tools platforms and frameworks for competitive advantage.
- Champion a culture of experimentation learning and adaptation around AI agents.
- Measure and report the business value of agent-driven initiatives.
