A new role has been assigned to you in iCIMS please see the details below and share candidates.
Rate- $89/hr USD
Location- 3 days onsite in Irvine
End date- long term contract to hire

Key Responsibilities:
- ETL Design and Development: Architect implement and maintain robust ETL pipelines to efficiently extract transform and load data from diverse source systems into data warehouses and lakes.
- Data Integration: Oversee the integration of structured and unstructured data using cutting-edge technologies and tools (e.g. Informatica Talend Apache Nifi).
- Optimization and Performance Tuning: Continuously improve ETL processes for optimal performance reliability and scalability minimizing data processing time and resource usage.
- Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including data analysts data scientists and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with wider business objectives.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes and ensure practices conform to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Lead efforts to identify diagnose and resolve complex data-related issues ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS Glue Azure Data Factory Google Cloud Dataflow Databricks).
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8-12 years of professional experience in ETL development and data integration.
- Good to Have: Python pandas numpy pyspark etc.
