Job Description:
Midwestern IT is a technology-driven solutions provider specializing in delivering innovative IT services and consulting for clients across industries. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer / Data Analyst to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Design develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
2) Perform data extraction transformation and loading from multiple sources.
3) Analyze complex datasets to identify trends patterns and actionable insights.
4) Optimize data workflows for better performance and scalability.
Required Qualifications:
1)Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science IT or related field.
2) Proven experience as a Data Engineer or Data Analyst.
3) Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (MySQL PostgreSQL etc.).
4) Experience with BI tools like Power BI Tableau or Looker.
5) Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
