Title: CT Technologist Radiology / Cardiology

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join their Medical Imaging department. This position covers both adult acute care and outpatient settings operating advanced CT imaging systems from GE Philips Siemens and Toshiba. First-time travelers are welcome and the role requires proficiency in performing a variety of contrast and non-contrast scans across multiple body regions and patient populations from neonates to older adults.
Perform high-quality CT scans of the abdomen pelvis chest head neck spine and musculoskeletal system.
Prepare and administer contrast media according to protocols.
Start and manage peripheral IVs for contrast administration.
Operate CT equipment including Siemens 128 Definition Edge Siemens 64 GO GE Philips and Toshiba scanners.
Maintain accurate patient records in any required EMR or PACS system.
Follow isolation precautions and radiation safety protocols.
Collaborate with radiologists nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal imaging outcomes.
Provide imaging services for patients of all age groups from neonates to older adults.
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a CT Technologist in an acute care or outpatient setting.
Travel Experience: Not required first-time travelers accepted.
Certifications: ARRT(R) and BLS required.
Charting System: Any proficiency required.
Schedule: Tues Fri 10:00 20:30.
Eligible Candidates: Perm staff from other Providence facilities (non-Swedish) eligible if separated for at least 3 months.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with CT specialization.
Experience:
1 year of recent CT imaging experience including administration of contrast and peripheral IV starts.
License:
ARRT(R) certification.
BLS certification.
State CT license as required by assignment location.
