JOB TITLE: Product Review Engineer L4 - DEFENSE
LOCATION: Heath OH
PAY RATE: $83/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary:
-
Apply broad engineering knowledge to assess and resolve product/process issues throughout the product lifecycle
-
Lead research and develop interim and final engineering solutions for complex technical operational and quality issues
-
Conduct root cause analysis and manage dispositions for design non-conformances
-
Drive product and process improvements using innovative approaches to detect deviations and address nonconformances
-
Evaluate reported problems for potential safety issues and manage resolution strategies
-
Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and participate in design reviews
-
Represent engineering from production through post-production phases
-
Ensure supplier and build partner compliance with standards
-
Develop customer communications to ensure continued safe operation and maintenance
-
Lead on-site disabled product repair teams and accident investigation/support teams
-
Design jacking and shoring schemes interim structural repairs and perform static strength analysis
-
Develop and lead non-destructive testing procedures tools and standards
-
Create and implement technical training curricula for internal and external customers
Requirements:
-
Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
-
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical Mechanical Aerospace or related field)
-
10 years experience in electronic component testing
-
Hands-on product development and product testing experience
-
Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings
-
Basic understanding of software development processes
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

ABET accreditation preferred but not required
