Job Description

The Intelligence Analyst (Embedded Travel & Crisis Management) plays a pivotal role within the Risk Intelligence Center (RIC) serving as a dedicated embedded expert for a global technology client. This role exists to deliver high-quality intelligence-led travel security and crisis management solutions that support personal safety operational resilience and informed decision-making in a dynamic global threat environment. Acting as the primary point of contact for all intelligence travel security and crisis management needs the analyst will lead the development and delivery of actionable insights and tailored intelligence products. The role is critical in ensuring business continuity and safeguarding personnel through proactive analysis stakeholder engagement and timely dissemination of intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all matters related to travel security crisis management and intelligence requirements.
  • Design and implement scalable processes procedures training and documentation to support the client-facing travel security and crisis management program including awareness of available capabilities products and services.
  • Produce high-quality ad hoc intelligence products including travel security reports and briefings.
  • Provide direct support to client personnel during travel and crisis situations ensuring their safety and continuity of operations.
  • Collaborate with Securitas Security Operations Centers (SOC) to ensure seamless out-of-hours support for the client.
  • Manage and promote the effective use of third-party travel security and crisis management platforms.
  • Lead the full intelligence cycleDirection Collection Processing Analysis Production Dissemination and Evaluationto deliver timely and actionable travel security intelligence.
  • Continuously monitor developments in travel security and intelligence to integrate innovative techniques best practices and emerging methodologies into service delivery.
  • Identify and develop new sources and research methods to enhance the quality and relevance of intelligence products.
  • Support the professional development of junior analysts by providing mentoring guidance and feedback and by setting high standards for intelligence product quality.
  • Provide leadership within the RIC fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders client-facing teams and global colleagues across the Securitas network to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including international partners and agencies to enhance intelligence capabilities.
  • Operate independently and effectively in dynamic high-pressure environments with minimal supervision.
  • Undertake additional duties as directed by the client or RIC Management Team.

Essential 

  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English to deliver intelligence reports to various audience levels
  • Confident communicator with the ability to brief stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan own work and manage time effectively to meet objectives and deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment self-employment or full and part-time education during that period.
  • 3-5 years experience in a travel security / crisis management / intelligence and / or investigations role.
  • SME in intelligence analysis with a focus on travel security crisis management and global risks or geopolitical risks.
