What Youll Experience
Over the course of the program you will rotate through three operational departments spending approximately 56 months in each. Your rotations will be tailored to your career interests and the needs of the hotel with potential assignments in:
- Front Desk & Guest Services
- Housekeeping
- Food & Beverage Outlets (restaurants in-room dining banquets)
For example: You might begin in Housekeeping rotate to Front Desk and then move to Guest Serviceseach experience offering a unique perspective and set of leadership skills.
During each rotation you will:
- Take on supervisory responsibilities within your assigned department.
- Learn operational best practices leadership principles and guest service standards aligned with Fairmonts luxury brand.
- Gain a holistic understanding of how departments interconnect to create seamless guest experiences.
- Work closely with senior leaders and mentors to support your growth and development.
Qualifications :
- Recent graduate in Hospitality or Business or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for service.
- Adaptability curiosity and willingness to take on challenges in new environments.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
