Shift:MondayThursday (10-hour shifts) or MondayFriday (8-hour shifts)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilledStructural Fitter/Welderto join a reputable Tulsa-based company specializing in large-scale welded structures. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in structural welding and fitting the ability to read and interpret blueprints and hands-on knowledge of I-beam fabrication. ThisStructural Fitter/Welderposition requires successful completion of a Fluxcore vision and code test and includes operating overhead cranes and forklifts.
Required Experience & Skills
23 years of experience in structural welding and fitting
Ability to read and interpretblueprints drawings and general weld procedures (AWS D1.1)
Familiarity withI-beam sizesranging from 6x25 to 12x50
Experience working onfinished unitsranging from 8 x 20 to 16 x 50
Overhead crane and forklift operationrequired
Must pass anopen book written test(Structural Fitter)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As aStructural Fitter/Welder your responsibilities will include:
Performing structural welds on beams and pipe usingFluxcore process
Passing a weld test that includes:
- Fluxcore vision test on beam and pipe
- Uphill overhead and flat welding on beam
- Flat welding on pipe
-3G double bevelon 1plate (butted up) carbon arc back then fill and cap in the same 3G position
- Welds will betested per code
Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and project specifications
Adhering to safety procedures while operating tools and equipment
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed with or without assistance
Must be able to stand bend kneel and climb throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
