Job Description
- Provide technical leadership for SAP projects ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement S4HANA solutions tailored to the utilities sector.
- Manage and mentor a team of S4HANA developers and consultants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Ensure the stability performance and scalability of SAP systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
- Participate in project planning estimation and risk management activities
- Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Technical administration of SAP systems (ERP S/4HANA)
- Management of cloud environments (mainly in the context of RISE and AWS)
- Management of SAP transports and authorisations
- Participation in digital transformation projects including migration to S/4HANA and cloud
- Support for audits and compliance with security and regulatory standards
- Knowledge of SAP modules relevant to the utilities industry
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in mentoring and developing technical teams
- Proficiency in SAP programming languages and tools (e.g. ABAP SAP HANA)
- Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- English is a plus.
