Role Name: Executive Assistant (Product Development & Project Management)
Schedule: 40 hours per week Flexible during client business hours

Youll be working directly with the business owners in a fast-paced environment where new opportunities arise regularly and your organizational skills will directly impact the success of exciting product launches.
This is an exceptional opportunity to become the organizational backbone of a creative product development team helping to bring innovative beverage concepts from idea to market. Youll work directly with business owners to coordinate projects between marketing consultants designers and external partners ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in a dynamic environment where retailer opportunities can emerge with tight deadlines. This role offers the perfect blend of project management creative coordination and administrative support giving you the chance to make a real impact in a growing business while developing valuable skills in product development and retail partnerships.
Organize and coordinate a talented product development team including marketing consultants and graphic designers
Maintain comprehensive project files tracking systems and Google Sheets to ensure seamless workflow
Facilitate communication and messaging between team members contractors and external partners
Drive product development projects forward according to timelines and retailer submission deadlines
Process customer orders and provide general administrative support to business operations
Maintain and continuously improve the pipeline of innovative product concepts and development ideas
Coordinate rapid responses to retailer briefs and manage submission processes for major Australian retailers
Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to keep projects moving efficiently
Support the business owners with strategic project coordination and operational tasks
Proven project management experience with strong organizational and coordination skills
Marketing background degree or demonstrated experience in marketing-related roles
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with professional presentation abilities
Experience managing teams coordinating multiple stakeholders and driving collaborative projects
Independent problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach
Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets digital file management systems and communication platforms
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and tight deadlines
Initiative-taking personality who can drive projects forward without constant supervision
Experience working with external contractors consultants or agency partners preferred
Understanding of retail submission processes or product development cycles is a plus
